Building Blocks to a Better Future
Unlocking the best option is possible if we take time to observe.
Journaling everyday and organizing our thoughts is daunting but can be made easy and fun with The Bullet Journal method. I was introduced to this method by Ali Abdaal in this post. The last few months have not been at all easy with the storms of life. I have found the Bullet Journal method to help reorient my days with the overarching goals that I am deeply invested in.
Taking the leap to journaling everyday is made much simpler with a guide and you can pick your copy of the The Bullet Journal Method and a Leuchtturm 1917 Journal today.
The Five People Who YOU Should Share This E-mail With
Your Best Friend is person you take new experiences to and ask, “What do you think about this?”. Our best friends should be helpful and guiding forces in our lives for revealing our best selves. I hope your best friend likes you enough to encourage you to find the prima materia in your life.
Your Grandma always wants to hear from you. I will definitely make her blush sometimes with the things I share, but she won’t be afraid to tell you what she thinks. If she is anything like my Grandma, she will be ready to talk to you about those most intriguing things you find. You might hear a new story that you’ve never heard before.
Your Neighbor might not be your favorite when they decide to mow their lawn a bit too early on a Saturday morning, but they do watch your cat when you go out of town. Show your appreciation to them by not subscribing them to a “Krispy Kreme Bathing Suit Calendar”. Share this subscription with them instead.
Your Hairstylist is always looking for new things to talk to people about. She has a captive audience and while she does like to hear about their kids sometimes she like to talk about cool things that she is interested in as well.
Your Bartender is ready to lend an ear to most of your thoughts. Even if they might be soaked in a few too many mimosas. Bartenders are some of the most attentive people who can spot various and sundry situations that we don’t always understand. They can use novel ideas to help sus out the good people who are around them. I bet they will enjoy at least the music but who knows, they might find even more treasure here.
